Community-Wide Federal Report Submissions 101: What they are and why they matter

The purpose of this webinar is to familiarize stakeholders with the major HUD reporting requirements for CoCs. These reports are used to measure a community’s need and inform federal legislation on homelessness programs.

Outcomes:

1) Outline the Point-in-Time/Housing Inventory Count, Longitudinal System Analysis, and System Performance Measures submissions and their use at the federal level

2) Explain the role of HMIS in the community and these submissions

3) Explore potential local uses, as well as the limitations, of data collected for these submissions
