This 90-minute training equips Continuum of Care (CoC) leaders and staff with practical strategies to meaningfully integrate People with Lived Experience of Homelessness (PWLEH) into decision-making, leadership, and system design. Drawing on real examples from Detroit, participants will examine the successes and challenges of integration efforts. Through these examples, the session will highlight some common pitfalls and provide effective, dignifying practices to ensure PWLEH engagement is authentic, impactful, and sustainable.
