You’re invited to learn more about how to coordinate with your Local Health Department and health centers (FQHCs) to schedule vaccinations for individuals working, volunteering, or residing in Michigan homeless shelters. Attendees will learn:
- The current guidance from MDHHS on vaccine prioritization
- The difference between health departments and health centers
- The roles that health departments and health centers have in vaccine distribution for homeless service providers and individuals experiencing homelessness
- How communities have successfully established relationships and programming for vaccine access
