Dr. Raphael Johnson is a nationally recognized youth mentor and policy expert dedicated to advancing outcomes for children in underserved communities. With extensive experience working throughout metro Detroit, Dr. Johnson possesses a deep understanding of the rising rates of homelessness affecting children and families. He is also a leading advocate for criminal justice reform and community safety and is the founder of
Detroit 300. A steadfast champion for underserved communities, Dr. Johnson has witnessed firsthand the long-term impact poverty can have on children and remains committed to creating pathways to stability, opportunity, and lasting change.
