Kathleen “Kat” LaTosch is passionate about helping people be their best and most inclusive selves.  She currently serves as Director and Senior Consultant at LaTosch Consulting, a firm which provides diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) services.  She founded LaTosch Consulting after leading a four-year racial inclusiveness initiative for Affirmations, Michigan’s largest LGBT community center, which earned the organization a Corp! Magazine Diversity Award in 2011.   Over the course of the last twelve years, LaTosch expanded that work to assist organizations throughout Michigan and across the United States.  She believes that organizations can’t do their best work unless they are attending to diversity, are intentionally inclusive and are focused on equitable outcomes.  In addition to strategic planning services, she supports intercultural skill development and coaching and is a qualified administrator of the research-based Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI).
