Detroit warming centers are now open through March 31.

Individuals, families, and youth seeking shelter or warming center placements can call 313.305.0311 from 9am-6pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays and 11am-5pm on Wednesdays for assistance.

Veterans seeking shelter can go to the Dingell VA Hospital located at 4646 John R. Street, Red Tower 2nd Floor, from 8am-4:30pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays or 11am-4:30pm on Wednesdays.

Outside of those normal hours of operations those seeking shelter should come in person to one of the three warming center locations:
