In today’s busy world, there is a tendency to feel overwhelmed, anxious, stressed, or otherwise out of sorts with everyday living. In this session, Karen will walk you through simple ways to increase your brainpower, create success routines and look at strategies to being able to make decisions quickly and regain your power.
