Michigan Coalition Against Homelessness
Empowering Communities, Ending Homelessness
By advocating for homeless services, raising awareness about housing insecurity and providing critical services to more than 650 homeless service agencies, MCAH is working to prevent and end homelessness in Michigan. While great progress has been made in lowering the number of people experiencing homelessness, more than 8,200 Michigan residents were homeless in 2022. We are determined to end chronic homelessness.
Our Mission
We serve as an inclusive statewide voice to improve systems and support communities to prevent and end homelessness in a way that leaves no one behind.
Our Vision
We will advance housing justice and
make ending homelessness a shared priority.
