Help Desk (North Carolina Users)


NC HMIS technical support is now automated using a web-based software helpdesk solution called Teamwork.


Ticket Submission from HMIS User Email

1. Email your technical request to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

2. You will receive an automated response via email confirming that your request has been received.

3. Technical assistance will commence via email, telephone, GoToMeeting, etc.

4. When the issue is resolved, you will receive an email notifying you that the ticket is closed.

IMPORTANT: Do not include client identifying information in your initial request. Please use only the client ID.


Ticket Submission from HMIS User Phone Call

1. Call the NC HMIS Help Desk number at (336) 378-5045 or (517) 485-6536.

2. A MCAH team member will create a new ticket.

3. Technical assitance will commence via email, telephone, GoToMeeting, etc.

4. When the issue is resolved, you will receive an email notifying you that the ticket is closed.
