The Income Outcome ART reports have been fixed, and any ART report that runs on Program Type needs to have the prompt items changed as you run it, don’t just run the old prompts without changing them as the options are now different since our recent upgrades.

Here is a new way to create great Client ID cards from an agency in Freemont which allows printing client ID cards on PVC, just like a real credit card. The cost is actually less for the cards over laminating paper cards. Thanks to Melissa for pioneering this.

MCAH comments on PHA Plan

On 2/26 and 2/27, Lynn Hendges from MCAH attended the public comment sessions in Lansing and Detroit for the 2008-2009 Plan. MCAH submitted written comments and spoke in support of the HARP program and the Project Based Voucher program which has helped more than 900 homeless individuals or families secure housing.

MCAH has teamed with two other states and four divisions of The Salvation Army in an experimental group to develop processes within ServicePoint specifically designed for and certified by the oversight committees on the state and Divisional DHQ's at Salvation Army, The process has come about after the success of a prototype in production in Michigan.
